RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return window is 30 days from the ship date.We only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. We suggest trying Walkee Paws on your dog inside for fit. If worn outside, ensure the item is free of debris and dog hair before returning.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Free gifts with purchase should be returned along with merchandise returns.
U.S. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you purchased Redo return coverage at checkout:
- Return shipping is FREE
- No restocking fees apply—regardless of whether you choose a refund, store credit, or exchange
If you did not purchase Redo return coverage:
- Returns for a refund to your original payment method will incur a $7.99 shipping fee and a $2.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns for store credit or exchanges will not have a restocking fee
- Exchanges are always free (1 per order)
Refunds will be processed once your order has been delivered to our Return Center and inspected.
Refunds go back to your original form of payment and do not include shipping costs paid on your original order.
We will email you when your refund has been processed; please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post funds back to your account.
CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you are returning an order from outside the United States you must arrange your own shipping.
- Please use a trackable shipping method and send tracking details to our customer service team so we can assist in making sure you receive your product refund once the return has reached us.
- Refunds go back to your original form of payment and do not include shipping costs paid on your original order.
- We do not offer free international exchanges, orders must be returned for a refund and you may place a new order for different items.
