RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return window is 30 days from the ship date.
We only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. We suggest trying Walkee Paws on your dog inside for fit. If worn outside, ensure the item is free of debris and dog hair before returning.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Free gifts with purchase should be returned along with merchandise returns.

If you purchased "

  • You get unlimited FREE returns & exchanges- we pay shipping both ways.
  • No restocking fees apply—regardless of whether you choose a refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Your package is protected from loss, damage, or theft - we will ship you another at no cost, no questions asked.
  • Note: package protection charge is not refundable

If you did not purchase return & Shipping insurance coverage:

  • Returns & Exchanges, will incur a $7.99 return shipping fee and a $2.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed once your order has been delivered to our Return Center and inspected.
  • Refunds go back to your original form of payment and do not include shipping costs paid on your original order.
  • We will email you when your refund has been processed; please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post funds back to your account.

CANADA

If you purchased "Free returns + package protection" for $4.34 USD at checkout (updated 2/14/26):

  • You can return your items FREE of charge, and we cover the return shipping.
