RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return window is 30 days from the ship date.We only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. We suggest trying Walkee Paws on your dog inside for fit. If worn outside, ensure the item is free of debris and dog hair before returning.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Free gifts with purchase should be returned along with merchandise returns.
U.S. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- USPS return shipping is $7.99; return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- We waive return shipping charges for all exchanges.
- Refunds will be processed once your order has been delivered to our Return Center and inspected.
- Refunds go back to your original form of payment and do not include shipping costs paid on your original order.
- We will email you when your refund has been processed; please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post funds back to your account.
CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you are returning an order from outside the United States you must arrange your own shipping.
- Please use a trackable shipping method and send tracking details to our customer service team so we can assist in making sure you receive your product refund once the return has reached us.
