Standard shipping $8.99 — arrives in 6-10 business days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return window is 30 days from the ship date. We only accept returns in resalable condition. We suggest trying Walkee Paws on your dog indoors to check fit. If worn outside, ensure the item is free of debris and dog hair before returning.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return free gifts with purchase along with merchandise returns.

Unlimited free returns & exchanges — we pay shipping both ways.
No restocking fees, regardless of whether you choose a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Your package is protected from loss, damage, or theft — we'll ship you another at no cost, no questions asked.
Note: The package protection charge is not refundable.
If you did not purchase return & shipping insurance coverage:
Returns & exchanges incur a $7.99 return shipping fee and a $2.00 restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
We process refunds once your order is delivered to our Return Center and inspected.
Refunds go back to your original form of payment and do not include shipping costs paid on your original order.
We'll email you once your refund is processed; please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post funds back to your account.
CANADA
