RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return window is 30 days from the ship date. We only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. We suggest trying Walkee Paws on your dog inside for fit. If worn outside, ensure the item is free of debris and dog hair before returning.

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Free gifts with purchase should be returned along with merchandise returns.

U.S. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you purchased "Free returns + package protection" for $2.98 at checkout:

• You get unlimited FREE returns & exchanges- we pay shipping both ways.
• No restocking fees apply—regardless of whether you choose a refund, store credit, or exchange.
• Your package is protected from loss, damage or theft - we will ship you another at no cost, no questions asked.
  

If you did not purchase return & Shipping insurance coverage:

• Returns & Exchanges, will incur a $7.99 return shipping fee and a $2.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed once your order has been delivered to our Return Center and inspected.

Refunds go back to your original form of payment and do not include shipping costs paid on your original order.

We will email you when your refund has been processed; please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post funds back to your account.

CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• If you are returning an order from outside the United States you must arrange your own shipping.
• We charge a $2.00 re-stocking fee.
•  Please use a trackable shipping method and send tracking details to our customer service team so we can assist in making sure you receive your product refund once the return has reached us.
• Refunds are issued to your original form of payment and do not include the shipping costs paid for your original order.
• We do not offer free international exchanges; orders must be returned for a refund, and you may place a new order for different items.
