We stand by our HAPPY PAWS GUARANTEE: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund within 30 days of your ship date. Return shipping is $5.99 in the U.S.; Canadian and international return shipping costs may vary, and customers will need to return items at their own expense.
All refunds will go back onto your original payment method, and they don’t include shipping costs or Route Shipping Protection paid on your original order. We’ll do our best to get the refund back to you ASAP, but please allow up to 14 business days for your account to be refunded. We’ll make sure to give you a heads up via email when your return has been processed.
Please note: Returned items must not have been altered, washed, damaged or worn outside, and must include their original packaging. Not sure the size you ordered will fit your pup? Try them on inside before going for a walk! (Just make sure to remove any pet hair before returning them.) Received a free promotional gift with your original order? Don’t forget to include it with your return!

WHAT ABOUT DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
If your leggings get a hole, tear or damage within 60 days of your purchase, click here and we’ll send you a free set of rubber repair patches. If the damage occurs after 60 days, you can purchase a set of rubber repair patches for just $4.99 + shipping by clicking here.
Our rubber repair patches adhere to the inside of the bootie, patching up minor tears or holes and reinforcing the rubber so it’s even stronger than before. They’re also super easy to apply, don’t change the appearance of the boot and your pup won’t feel them at all!
