We’ll make it super easy! Just return your items within 30 days of your ship date for a refund. Return shipping is $5.99 in the U.S.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, and don’t include shipping costs or Route Shipping Protection paid on your original order. We'll do our best to get your refund processed as soon as possible; we'll send you an email when this occurs.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post funds back to your account.

Please note: Returned items must not have been altered, washed, damaged or worn outside, and must include their original packaging. Not sure the size you ordered will fit your pup? Try them on inside before going for a walk! (Just make sure to remove any pet hair before returning them.) Received a free promotional gift with your original order? Don’t forget to include it with your return!

Canadian Customers!

You can return your items for a refund within 40 days of your ship date.

We offer a new low flat fee of $14.99 for return shipping which is a savings of at least 20% on what you would normally pay. This will be deducted from your refund.

Plus you can easily print your return label and we’ll refund you once the parcel is scanned.

We now offer store credits (NO expiration date!) and a lower return shipping rate of $9.99.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer exchanges on Canadian orders.

HOW TO RECLAIM CANADIAN DUTIES AND TAXES

If you would like to reclaim the duties paid, please download this FORM from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). To complete the form, you will need 2 pieces of supporting documentation to be refunded by CBSA: 

1. Your order refund confirmation receipt from Walkee Paws which will be emailed to you once the refund has been issued.

2. The import details report that shows how much was paid in duties and taxes. To get this report, please email our international shipping carrier with your Passport Tracking # in the subject line to returns@passportshipping.com and they will reply with the necessary document.

You will only be able to submit for a refund of your duties and taxes once the refund for your order has been issued by Walkee Paws. Submitting this form and documentation pertains to receiving a refund on your duties and taxes from the CBSA, not the non-refundable shipping cost charged by Walkee Paws.
