The Walkeepaw booties with suspenders are the perfect fit and solution for my seven and a half pound Maltipoo. I’ve tried other brands and styles and for different reason they didn’t work. However, the xs short are perfect and he didn’t have any adjustment time. He immediately ran outside and played in the snow which before his walkeepaws he would not do. Out of all of the booties I have tried, they are the easiest for me to put on and easily slip over the dew claw. They also very quickly come off and are easy to carry. Tighten the fabric loops if a paw slips out. Each pair includes a velcro elastic chest strap to keep the leggings forward, and back boot straps (sizes S and up) for extra security. For very active pups, you can add velcro boot straps to the front paws too.
If you use a harness, place it OVER the Walkee Paws as this will ensure they in place.

At this time, Walkee Paws aren't ideal for very large dogs or canines with large paws and short legs, including the following breeds: Basset Hound, Bernese Mountain Dog, Chow, Corgi, Dachshund, Great Dane, Greyhound, Pit/Pit Mixes, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar-Pei, Whippet.
