Quick tip: Make sure your dog’s nails are clipped short and filed before using Walkee Paws!
Place the cord stopper in the middle of your dog’s back, with the metal ring pointing toward the head and the label pointing toward the tail. Separate the four leggings in the direction of each paw. (Hint: Leggings are designed to be longer in the back than the front.)
Starting with the front paws, slip one paw at a time into the paw pockets. Repeat on the back paws.
Move the cord stopper closer to your dog’s shoulders to prevent it from slipping off mid-walk.
Tighten straps for a snug fit by pushing in on the cord stopper and pulling up on the loops. If your pup has long hair, hold the stopper high to avoid catching its fur. And don’t worry: It’s normal for one loop to be longer than the other.
If your dog wears a harness or coat, layer them over your Walkee Paws now.
To guarantee Walkee Paws stay on throughout your walk, attach your leash to both the metal ring and your dog’s collar or harness.
Post-walk, rinse rubber booties in cold water and hang to dry. If leggings get dirty, simply machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle and place them in a shady spot to dry.
