Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions for Walkee Paws 

Introduction

Welcome to the Walkee Paws Affiliate Marketing Program, powered by Social Snowball. This program is designed to reward our valued affiliates for referring new customers to our products and services. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

1. To be eligible for participation in the Walkee Paws Affiliate Program, applicants must be 18 years or older and have an active and valid method of payment reception.

2. Walkee Paws reserves the right to approve or reject any application to the program at its sole discretion.

Program Participation

1. Affiliates will receive a unique referral code and/or link to share with potential new customers.

2. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales that are directly attributable to the affiliate's referral code or link.

3. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Commission and Payments

1. Commission rates are subject to change at Walkee Paws' discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.

2. Payments of commissions are contingent upon the collection of funds from the referred customer. Returned or canceled sales will result in the deduction of the corresponding commission from the affiliate's balance.

Creator benefits

If you have 5,000+ followers on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook, you may qualify for a free pair of Walkee Paws Dog Boot Leggings to feature on your dog.

What we look for:

  • An active, engaged audience

  • High-quality photos and videos of your dog

  • Breeds that Walkee Paws work best for - most fluffy small to medium-sized dogs.

What we ask for in return:

  • Stories and feed posts featuring your dog in Walkee Paws, tagging @walkeepaws and #WalkeePaws

  • Sharing your photos and videos with us, with permission for Walkee Paws to use them in our marketing

Free pairs are offered to selected creators and aren’t included with every ambassador sign-up.

Ambassador Coupon Policy

 

Your code is for your audience: friends, family, people you meet on walks, and followers on your own social accounts. Please don’t post it on coupon or deal sites, browser extensions, Reddit, or public groups and forums.

Sales from codes shared on those sites aren’t eligible for commission, and repeated violations may lead to removal from the program.

Ambassadors must disclose their partnership when posting (e.g., #ad or #WalkeePawsAmbassador), per FTC guidelines.

 


Clearance and sales on site 

During large sales periods, we will disable affiliate codes, but your audience will get the advertised sale price, and you will still get your commission, as long as they use your referral link.
