How does shipping work?
FREE Shipping on orders $60 + within the U.S. In-stock items should arrive 4-7 business days.
FREE GROUND shipping ($5.99) on all U.S exchanges.
Shipping for orders less than $60 is $5.99. In-stock items should arrive 4-7 business days.
Priority 3-5 day shipping within the U.S. is available for $7.99 at checkout.
Please note: Shipping carriers are not guaranteeing expedited shipping times due to the impact of COVID-19.
Orders received after 2pm EST will ship the following business day. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking link.
For international orders:
International shipping fees go by weight and start at $10.99 for Canada and $12.99 for other countries. Actual rate will show up at checkout. We ship to Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
We require you to sign up for Route Shipping Protection to ensure international packages, this appears automatically at checkout. Rates start at $0.98 and ensure against lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you choose to not add the Route Shipping Protection to your order, please note that Walkee Paws will not be responsible for re-shipping any orders at our own expense.
We do not offer free shipping or free return / exchange shipping on international orders.
Duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees will be due at the time of delivery. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Walkee Paws will not refund the abandoned order, including any applicable shipping charges.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our team processes orders each weekday morning. Our goal is always to ship orders received by 2pm Monday-Friday same day. Orders received over the weekend are processed the next business day.
What’s your return policy?
We stand by our Happy Paws Guarantee and want nothing more than for our customers to be happy! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. We charge $5.99 for return shipping in the U.S.We require Canadian and International customers to pay for return shipping. Contact customer service email@example.com to initiate a return)
Please note: The items returned must not have been worn outside, altered, washed or damaged, and must include the manufacturer's original packaging.
If you’re not sure whether the size you ordered will fit your pup, please try them on inside before going for a walk. Please make sure to remove all pet hair before returning. Products requiring cleaning will receive a refund minus the $5.99 shipping fee and an additional $5 cleaning fee.

What about damaged products?
Our new rubber repair patches will make your Walkee Paws boots good as new!
These stretchy rubber pieces adhere to the inside of the boot to patch up minor tears or holes, while also reinforcing the rubber and making it even stronger than before. They’re super easy to apply, don’t change the appearance of the boot and your pup won’t feel them at all!
If your product has a hole, tear or damage to the rubber within 60 days of your purchase, don't worry: We'll fix it for free! Just click here to request a free set of rubber repair patches.

For international orders, International shipping fees will apply to rubber repair patches. We recommend you purchase rubber repair patches with your original order.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect your item(s) and then initiate a full or partial refund. Our goal is to process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt. Credits may take up to an additional 5 business days to post to your account. With the shipping and processing time added in, the entire return process can take about two weeks.
Final credit to your account depends on the policies of your bank or institution associated with your original payment method. We’ll make sure to notify you via email when your return has been processed.
Heads up: Refunds do not include the shipping costs or Route Shipping Protection paid on your original order (if applicable). There will also be a $5.99 return shipping fee deducted from your refund.
