How does shipping work?
We offer free first-class shipping and returns on all orders within the U.S. (in-stock items will arrive within 3-7 business days).
Expedited shipping is also available for a charge of $6.99 at checkout (in-stock items will arrive within 2-4 business days.)
For international shipping, we charge $14 to ship to Canada and $20 to ship to all other countries. We ship USPS international first class mail.
Please note, the customer is responsible for their country's duties and fees. On occasion, packages may be stopped by customs, which could delay delivery.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our team processes orders each weekday morning. Our goal is always to ship orders received by 8 a.m. Monday-Friday within 24-48 hours. Orders received over the weekend are processed the next business day.
What’s your return or exchange policy?
We promise to stick by our Happy Paws Guarantee:
If for any reason your Walkee Paws aren’t up to scruff, we’d be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.
If the product fails or is defective, we'll replace it for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
How do I return my product?
To process your return, please fill in the Walkee Paws Return/Exchange Form. We’ll be sure to get back to you within 1-business day.
How do I exchange my Walkee Paws for another size?
We want to make sure Walkee Paws are the perfect fit for your furry friend. Our exchanges are processed as new orders, so begin by following the return process above. Then place a new order for the new size or color you need. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that the style you love won’t go out of stock while you wait.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect your item(s) and then initiate a refund. Our goal is to process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt. Credits may take up to an additional 5 business days to post to your account. With the shipping and processing time added in, the entire return process can take about two weeks.
Final credit to your account depends on the policies of your bank or institution associated with your original payment method. We’ll make sure to notify you via email when your return has been processed.
Heads up: Refunds do not include the shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
