Shipping & Return Policy
How does shipping work?
We offer free first-class shipping and returns on all orders within the U.S. (in-stock items will arrive within 3-7 business days).
Expedited 2-day shipping within the U.S. is available for $6.99 at checkout, but is FREE when you spend $40!
Orders received after 11am EST will ship the following business day. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking link.
For international orders:
For international shipping, we charge $14 to ship to Canada and $20 to ship to other countries. We only ship to Canada, Western Europe, Australia, Japan and Nordic Countries. We ship USPS international first class mail.
Please note, the customer is responsible for their country's duties and fees. On occasion, packages may be stopped by customs, which could delay delivery. We do not offer free return shipping on International orders.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our team processes orders each weekday morning. Our goal is always to ship orders received by 11 a.m. Monday-Friday same day. Orders received over the weekend are processed the next business day.
What’s your return or exchange policy?
We stand by our Happy Paws Guarantee and want nothing more than for our customers to be happy! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note: The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed or damaged, and must include original packaging. If you’re not sure whether the size you ordered will fit your pup, please try them on inside before going for a walk. If they’re not the paw-fect fit, return them to us for another size.
Need a different size?
Our quick and easy, two-step return and reorder process takes the place of an exchange policy. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. returns and reorders. Just follow our return instructions for never-worn-outside products and click the orange button above to start the return process. You’ll receive a full credit once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse. Order your replacement item ASAP to make sure we don’t run out of the item you’re looking for.
Why don’t you offer exchanges?
Since many of our items vary in price based on sizing, our returns often involve price adjustments. That’s why we offer a quick and easy return and reorder process. See above for more details.
What about damaged products?
One of the most common reasons we receive return requests is because of holes, tears or damage to the rubber.
But don’t worry: We can fix those and make your Walkee Paws good as new! Just request a complimentary rubber patch piece. These stretchy rubber pieces adhere to the inside of the bootie to patch up minor tears or holes, while also reinforcing the rubber and making it even stronger than before. They’re super easy to apply, don’t change the appearance of the booties, and your pup won’t feel them at all! Just email us email@example.com with your address and we will mail to you. Please note: We can only offer patch pieces within six months of your Walkee Paws purchase date.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect your item(s) and then initiate a refund. Our goal is to process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt. Credits may take up to an additional 5 business days to post to your account. With the shipping and processing time added in, the entire return process can take about two weeks.
Final credit to your account depends on the policies of your bank or institution associated with your original payment method. We’ll make sure to notify you via email when your return has been processed.
Heads up: Refunds do not include the shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
