Return and Exchange Policy

We stand by our HAPPY PAWS GUARANTEE: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a refund within 30 days from your delivery date.

*Items must be returned in sellable condition, in the manufacturer's package, and free of dog fur/debris.

*Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Refunds go back to your original payment method and do not include shipping costs paid on your original order. We’ll do our best to get your refund processed quickly; please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post funds back to your account. We’ll email you when your return has been processed.

US Customers

Return shipping is $6.99 and will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, we offer FREE standard return shipping on your return order and FREE standard shipping on your exchange order.

Canadian Customers

Paws-some news — we now offer easy and affordable returns on all items within 40 days from the date of purchase.

Return shipping is now a flat rate of $14.99 USD (via Canada Post) and will be deducted from your refund.  This is a two-step process where your parcel will go to our Canadian Return address, will be batched with other parcels, and shipped to our US Return Center.  

At this time, we do not accept exchanges on Canadian orders. If you prefer a different product and/or size, you will need to reorder at your earliest as inventory is always fluctuating.

Note:  We do not refund initial shipping, duties, and/or taxes on your original order. 

International Customers

At this time, we do not offer return shipping labels for our international customers. 

Kindly, obtain a label at your expense and forward us your tracking# so we can keep an eye on your parcel.  

If we do not receive a tracking#, we cannot guarantee the parcel will arrive at our Returns Center in the US and if it does not, a refund cannot be processed.
