Shipping Policy

For Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Ground shipping is $6.99.

Orders over $75 ship FREE.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Orders received by 12pm EST ship the same day and arrive 3-7 business days.

Exchanges are FREE shipping.

Return shipping is $3.99.

For Canada Orders

Orders are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and arrive 8-14 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Return shipping is a flat $14.99 USD rate.

For International Orders

International shipping is currently available. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Please note: We do not offer free shipping or free return/exchange shipping on international orders.

International orders are shipped via Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a variety of shipping partners around the world to ensure your package arrives safely and quickly. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email from us with your tracking information. International orders are typically delivered within 8-14 business days. Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery date will appear on your tracking page.

To create a better delivery experience, we ship most international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package isn’t stopped or delayed by customs. Please note: Duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product. Walkee Paws does not financially gain from such fees, nor do we have any control over what duties and/or taxes are assessed and charged to parcels entering the destination country.

There are a handful of small countries we ship to Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customers will be contacted by customs once their shipment arrives, and will be required to settle any charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the final destination. If the customer fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned. Walkee Paws will not refund abandoned orders or any applicable shipping charges.

If your package stops moving at any point, don’t worry! It’s likely just clearing customs and is still on its way to you. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances (i.e. holidays, pandemics or inclement weather). If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

Shipping Insurance

Once your order leaves our Fulfillment Center and is in the care of the transportation carrier, that carrier is responsible for your package. Unfortunately, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. That’s why we require Route Shipping Protection on ALL international orders. This provides added assurance that you receive your package, regardless of whether it’s lost, stolen or damaged. This appears automatically at checkout; rates start at $0.98 and are based on the value of your order. If you choose to remove Route Shipping Protection from your order, Walkee Paws will not be responsible for reshipping any orders at our expense.

How long does it take to process my order?

Our team processes orders each weekday morning. In-stock items will ship within 3 business days. Orders received over the weekend or a US observed holiday will be processed the next business day.

Our Exchange and Return Policy

We stand by our HAPPY PAWS GUARANTEE: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund within 30 days of your ship date. Return shipping is $5.99 in the U.S.

Final sale items cannot b returned or exchanged

All refunds will go back to your original payment method, and they don’t include shipping costs or Route Shipping Protection paid on your original order. We’ll do our best to get the refund back to you ASAP, but please allow up to 14 business days for your account to be refunded. We’ll make sure to give you a heads up via email when your return has been processed.
